This site is operated by August Brands, Inc. ("we", "us"), a Delaware corporation, for the Sora Mesa brand. This policy explains what we collect when you use soramesa.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• What you give us. If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the city you enter, and the flavor you select. If you email us about retail, distribution, or press, we receive whatever you put in that message.
• Age confirmation. When you confirm you are of legal drinking age, we store that confirmation in your browser so we do not ask again. It stays on your device.
• Basic technical information. Our hosting provider records standard request data such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.

What we do with it

We use your email to tell you when Sora Mesa is available and to send brand updates. We use your city and flavor selection in aggregate to decide where to launch and what to produce. We do not use this information to make automated decisions about you.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers for their own marketing.

Who else touches it

We use service providers to run this site and send email, including our hosting provider and our email platform. They may process your information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to remove it or until it is no longer useful for the purpose it was collected. You can unsubscribe from any email we send using the link in that email.

Your choices

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on your state or country you may have additional rights, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws, such as the right to opt out of sale or sharing. Since we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still make a request. Email us and we will respond.

Age

This site is intended only for people of legal drinking age in their location. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Cookies and similar technology

We use browser storage to remember your age confirmation. If we add analytics or advertising technology later, we will update this policy before doing so.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
